Opportunities

The MARC funding is used to support the Shared Research Operations (SRO) on campus, including the Analysis Research Service Center (ARSC), the Nanofabrication Research Service Center (NRSC), and the Epitaxy Research Service Center (ERSC). It provides funding for personnel as well as equipment purchases, repairs, and maintenance. The MARC also pays to train students to use advanced scientific instrumentation. The Shared Research Operations (SRO) office within the College of Science and Engineering (COSE) is responsive to the academic needs (research and teaching) of the COSE faculty and research needs of other entities within the university.
